This is a mutuals only blog for many reasons. If you follow me, I will look over your blog and if I follow you, it means I would love to interact with you. If I don't, it's really no hard feelings but I just don't see a future where we can write together. This is also a low activity blog, I have school and a job, I come on here to unwind and when I have time so expect things to be queued a lot of the time or expect me to just disappear sometimes or just shit post on days where I need to unwind. Literally, this is my blog...that's all I can say about that.

❝ Once upon a time... Theodore Nott was born in the middle of Nott Manor on a cold February night. There wasn't anything extraordinary about his birth. The crows didn't sing and the rain didn't stop. He was a perfectly average and normal baby. Coxius, his father, hated that about him.Coxius was not a family man by any means. If anything, it was a guess to anyone why he agreed to have a child in the first place. Rumor has it that Irma Nott, his young wife twenty years his junior, had wanted a child so bad that she drugged him to get what she wanted. No matter if you believe the rumors or not, Theodore Nott was as normal as could be, a surprising development for a Nott.For much of his life, he was ignored by his father and dotted on by his mother It wasn't as if Irma Nott's affections meant anything. A young pureblood, she treated anyone and everyone with kindness. She had a hobby of breeding Labradoodles, all in the hopes of breeding her own perfect puppy. The corrupt and incestuous meant that none of her puppies survived long into adulthood. For Irma, Theo was her greatest creation.When Theodore was seven years old, Irma died suddenly and tragically

No one quite knows what happened to her. If the Daily Prophet was to be believed, it was foul play. Some even believed that Coxius killed Irma himself, finally driven crazy by Nott madnessTheo knew different ... Theo knew that the real killer had been Nott ManorNott Manor was notoriously haunted, plagued by curses and darkness that seeped out of the dozen of dark artifacts stored in its walls. Those born in the darkness, such as a true born Nott, learned to thrive in the darkness. Others, like Irma, were swallowed up alive.At seven years old, Theodore Nott missed his mother more then anything. But, at her funeral, a real who's who of wizarding society, he met a stuck up blonde boy who taught him the complexities of quidditch. Draco Malfoy became one of Theo's only friends that summer. The rest was mostly history.Theodore bounced between houses for a time being, escaping in the Floo to Malfoy Manor, as to escape his father's raving and rants about a so called 'Dark Lord'. Throughout the years, he made more friends, made more memories that chased the darkness in his heart away.And on his eleventh birthday, he received his letter to Hogwarts

▍ ❝   I.
Every Nott since the creation of Hogwarts itself has been a Slytherin. So when the hat sits atop Theodore Nott's head and debates on placing him in Hufflepuff, he is quick to disagree. Not Hufflepuff, his father would kill him and Draco would never let him live it down. After a five minute internal argument which almost left him feeling defeated, the hat finally called out into the Great Hall that Theodore would be a Slytherin. It was truly the only option ... the only real choice he had!

▍ ❝   II.
At sixteen, Theo is called into the drawing room of the Manor, and is met with the sight of a handful of Death Eaters, his father, and the Dark Lord waiting for him. In his shock, he actually tries reaching for his wand. His father disarms him and puts him in a Body Bind. Coxius Nott offers up Theo to Voldemort, making the vow for him because Theo couldn’t speak, and allows Theo to be marked. The five minutes of getting marked were so painful for him that Theo actually breaks out of the Body Bind and spends the last two minutes screaming in pain.

After the War, Theodore Nott willingly surrenders himself to the recovering Ministry of Magic. All he has to do is show them his arm. When they look into his memories and the memories of others, they charge him with a myrid of crimes ranging from petty theft to murder. Theo knows a few charges are in there for his father and he has to pay for them. The new Ministry finds him guilty but do not send him to Azkaban, instead they take away his family vault, restrict his international travel for twenty years, and mandate him to finish his N.E.W.T.S with the addition of a Muggle Studies class. He can get nothing below an E or he would be back on trial.

▍ ❝   Normal Verse.
Theodore Nott wasn’t anyone of note. Maybe he would have been but he found himself an abandoned orphan sooner rather than later. When he was eight, his mother died. An illness that snuck up on her that Theo was too young to remember the name of. His dad didn’t last much longer after that. Two years after his mom’s tragic passing, his dad found himself in a car accident. That death, Theo didn’t have the energy to even pretend to mourn. His father had been a cruel man, not only verbally but physically. Theo’s body was littered with cuts and bruises from ‘punishments’ he endured for missing his mother too much.Theo spent most of his childhood in and out of foster homes. He was smart enough to find himself in advanced magnet schools and advanced placement classes, always dreaming of getting out of his situation. He went on to apply to Oxford University, getting into St John's College as a Psychology and Philosophy major. Even though he’s now in college, on a prestigious full ride scholarship, Theo still needs money somehow.He learned how to code just so that he could offer up his services to his peers, designing websites, games, projects, and even doing others homework at the same time he would do his own. Anything to make some extra money. He makes a decent amount doing this and his money is used to afford food and, more importantly, used cars that he fixes up. Even though his dad died in a car accident, Theo loves cars and spends his free time in a garage fixing up a silver 1998 McLaren F1.
